This project was built in the mountain zone and located in south of Sanandaj city and the Area is about 30156 square meter. All the process inculding all desigin phases (architectural, structure, instalation) and implemention works was done by this company. This complex included 400 Residential units in pour separate block and different Area included:
(37 , 45-48 , 53 , 65 , 72 ) square meter.
The structure system that is used in this Complex is concrete frame with light ceilling materials.
Heating system is heater and the Air condition system is water cooler .
Mentionable that the total Area of this complex is about 28000 square meter.
